No more than 5% of lawyers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are selected annually as Super Lawyers. No more than 2.5% of lawyers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are selected annually as Rising Star Super Lawyers. The Rising Star designation is for lawyers who are 40 years old or younger and/or have been in practice for less than 10 years.
